Bug#876978: libvted-3-0: Package needs rebuilding against libphobos2-ldc74

Dear Maintainer,

Application packages such as tilix have been repackaged against libphobos2-ldc74 (updated from
libphobos2-ldc72). However libvted-3-0 has not been. Since Tilix depends on libvted-3-0 it means both
libphobos2-ldc74 and libphobos2-ldc72 are in the library search path and this is causing Tilix to fail.
