Bug#895043: libgtk-3-0: unexplained downstream patch disables VIQR input method in Vietnamese locales

Although at the moment it seems like we do not have enough resources to
cover the territory, I will try to check back on the upstream bug report
every now and then to follow up on any user-related questions that might
arise.
