Bug#884174: libpango1.0-dev: Please split pango-view into a separate package

Pango 1.42.2 includes a new binary – pango-list.

Like pango-view, this binary has an architecture-independent interface and 
produces architecture-independent output. It would be good to install this 
file in the new package, libpango1.0-bin, as well, so that libpango1.0-dev
can become Multi-Arch: same.
