Is anything interesting logged in the system log (/var/log/syslog or the
systemd Journal) during this time?

Your bug-reporting tool seems to be broken: it was not able to report
the versions of related packages that you have installed. Are you using
reportbug-ng, which suffers from <https://bugs.debian.org/841527>? If so,
please use the standard reportbug tool.
