Bug#906302: gnome-control-center: Nextcloud connection is not working with self created certificate

Dear Maintainer,

After updating to 3.29.90 nextcloud does not work in online account. I remove
that and try it again.
On first click it told me invalid error and on the second click it tell me
code 6: unexpected response from server

Syslog show me that output:
gnome-control-c[5883]: goa_http_client_check() failed: 6 — Server did not
return a valid TLS certificate

It works with 3.28
