There are some autopkgtest regressions after we switched the build
from autotools to meson:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/tracker/issues/59
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/tracker/issues/61

Therefore, I'm switching the build back to autotools.
