Bug#889538: extended description outdated, should mention GtkBuilder instead of libglade

Dear Maintainers,

The extended description of glade is outdated. It says:

“You will probably want to use it with tools such as libglade, which can load
 the XML files and create the interfaces at runtime.”

Since libglade is now deprecated and superseded by GtkBuilder in GTK+ 3, the
extended description should be updated.
