I have successfully built a local version of the package using the
initial work done by the Kali team [1]. I intend to base the initial
packaging on that and improve it to the Debian packaging standards.

I'd like it to be maintained under the umbrella of the Debian GNOME
team (cc'd). Anyone from the team, could you please accept my request
to join the group on salsa, so I can push and start a formal review.
