Bug#875728: Patch for multi-arch builds

Hi Jeremy,

As of last weekend, no packages in Debian call `dh_gtkmodules' anymore.

So, we are free to make libgtk2.0-dev and its dependencies multi-arch installable.

A patch is attached.
