Bug#876183: Patch for multi-arch support in libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev

After a request from Michael Biebl on #debian-gnome, I tested gdk-pixbuf-csource and gdk-pixbuf-pixdata with all input options one by one. I also used the same image as input.

Both programs produce architecture independent output, which I verified using md5sum. Test systems were amd64 and i386 architectures.

It is safe to move both binaries into libgdk-pixbuf2.0-bin, since there is no need for a new -dev-bin package.
