Dear Maintainer,

What led up to the situation?
        Gedit works well with each desktop theme, but when I tried the
Blackbird theme, it doesn't work.

What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
        To use Gedit normally, I changed of desktop theme so it works now.
