Specifically, libanjuta-dev has these dependencies:
Depends: libanjuta-3-0 (= ${binary:Version}),
         gir1.2-anjuta-3.0 (= ${binary:Version}),

Please don't do a mass bug filing for this issue without discussing it
more in a place like the debian-devel list first.
