Bug#637142: GDM3 - very slow start up

Dear Maintainer,

After the latest system update the display manager does not start for cca two minutes, just the boot messages are visible.

it is possible to change to other virtual terminals (tty2-6) with the framebuffer console, however upon changing back, the system becomes unresponsive for approximately the same time as mantioned before.

After this, the DM starts without any visible issue.

attempted to enable debug mode in /etc/gdm3/daemon.conf based on the contents of #897975 report log, the issue remained.
