Bug#899147: libgtk-3-0: GTK3 file chooser does not allow Fuse-mounted locations anymore (no network)

Dear Maintainer,

The GTK3 file chooser (from VLC, Meld, any app) does not allow any Fuse-mounted
sftp:// locations. Even if I put them manually in ~/.config/gtk-3.0/bookmarks
(sftp://xxx@192.168.0.222/somedir somedir), the dialog will not show the
bookmarks.

This is a very serious bug for any organization using GTK3, users can only
choose local files!

This has been found and fixing or fixed in Ubuntu:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk+3.0/+bug/1714518

And upstream already has a patch:
  https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=787128

This patch needs to be in Stretch otherwise GTK3 apps are unusable to open
files across network.
