Bug#912845: evolution: --express option faulted on Debian Stretch, although inlcuded on man page

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

Tried to configure Debian on an Asus netbook with maximum resolution of 800x600
and found that wizard and configuration windows overflowed the screen and
couldn't be resized.  Researched the problem and discovered the existence of
express mode to deal with this case.

Found --express option included in the Stretch man page for evolution.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

a) Started a terminal window and entered:

evoloution --express

b) Tried:

evolution --help

and

evolution --help-all


   * What was the outcome of this action?

a) Exited immediately with message:

Failed to initialize gtk+: Unknown option --express

b) No --express option or similar listed.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Evolution started in a mode which better supported small displays.

Additional information.

I did manage to configure it by dead reckoning the number of tabs to get to the
Next button in the wizards.
