Bug#912949: librsvg2-2: svg rendering errors

Dear Maintainer,

after I upgraded librsvg2-2 today I noticed a rendering error on
my wallpaper.
I'm using this file from the desktop-base package:
 /usr/share/desktop-base/lines-theme/wallpaper/contents/images/1920x1080.svg

I attached two images created with rsvg-convert. The first one is
created with librsvg2-{2,bin} from buster (2.40.20-3), and the second
one with the affected version 2.44.8-3 (I only upgraded librsvg2-2 and -bin
for reproducing it).
Other applications using librsvg2-2 are showing the same rendering errors
(e.g. geeqie).
