Bug#913028: Memory leak in mutter-3.30.1-2

Mutter has a memory leak which causes gnome-shell to use way too much
memory. There's a merge request on GNOME's gitlab which fixes this
issue https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/merge_requests/267 and
I've attached a debdiff which applies this fix.
