Bug#914040: evolution: Evolution sometimes fails to display OpenPGP encrypted messages

Package: evolution
Version: 3.30.2-1
Severity: normal

Sometimes, when I open encrypted messages, they fail to display.
This has been happening for a while now, but I've found some clues
that might help figure out what's going on. I can't find an issue
upstream though (maybe GitLab #186 but they can't reproduce).

For both issues that follow, repeatedly closing and opening the message
works around the problem.

In 1.png, I've opened a message from the BTS. It says it's unsigned,
but it actually is and hasn't detected the signature this time. In
the white box with the details of how GPG decrypted it, that white
box actually has the e-mail in it if I scroll down. I've just discovered
that the entire e-mail can be read in that box, including a signature.

In case it can help identify the problem, I've copied-and-pasted all of
the text from that box into box.txt.

A less important issue that still might help diagnose this is 2.png. That
message displays fine except for the strange question mark symbols at the
end. Looking up the same mail on the BTS, it appears that there's supposed
to be blank lines there.

As messy an issue as this is, I figured I'd file the bug in case others
run into it.

I have filled the above bugs against hedgewars and dde-qt5integration. Ther=
e=20
is also libfm-qt FTBFS due to symbols changes, but the maintainer is aware =

that should get fixed today.

Reagrds, Lisandro.
