On powerpcspe, the mozjs52 build fails with:

checking for --noexecstack option to as... yes
checking for -z noexecstack option to ld... yes
checking for -z text option to ld... yes
checking for --build-id option to ld... yes
checking for PIE support... no
configure: error: --enable-pie requires PIE support from the linker.
ERROR: old-configure failed

make[1]: Leaving directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>'
make: *** [debian/rules:53: binary-arch] Error 2

For powerpcspe, we haven't enabled PIE in the toolchain. Hence,
please disable PIE on powerpcspe the same way it has been disabled
for sh4.
