I don't see a porting guide for 2 to 3.

We don't intend to remove gtksourceview 3 from Debian Buster but it
would be nice if it could be removed in time for the release after
that (Bullseye).

Despite the name, gtksourceview4 is for gtk3. There will eventually be
a gtksourceview5 for gtk4 probably. gtksourceview3 was also for gtk3.
