I think it's time to remove ekiga from Debian. If you object, please
reply immediately.

ekiga hasn't had an upstream release in 2013.

The more immediate concern is that ptlib is one of the packages
blocking the openssl 1.0 removal and it doesn't look like anyone here
or in other distros is working on fixing that issue. ptlib and opal
haven't had new releases since 2016. There was this recent commit but
it doesn't look promising for openssl 1.1 support either.

There has been no response to any of the RFA bugs for ptlib, opal and
ekiga (or the other package that uses opal: t38modem) in more than 6
months. So I'm filing similar removal bugs for those too.
