Thanks for your patience. As you can see, the Debian GNOME team is
kind of swamped with bug reports and has a hard time processing them
all in a timely manner.

I notice that you've seen this bug while running 3.14.2-3+b1, which is
older than what we shipped in Jessie. Can still reproduce this bug
on current Debian Buster? You could try with a Live CD:

  https://get.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/weekly-live-builds/amd64/iso-hybrid/debian-live-testing-amd64-gnome+nonfree.iso

If you can still reproduce this bug, I would recommend submitting
a merge request upstream:
