Bug#927023: libgtk2.0-0: root password needed everytime in file chooser dialog

xournal, geany, gedit, gimp, gtkwave, g3dviewer... use libgtk2.0-0 package of
debian stretch release 9.8 (upgrade done)
These programs have the same bug  :
In standard user mode, when i want to load an existing user file but not an
admin file with root access,
the root password dialog is always actived by the file chooser dialog.
After clicking on cancel button, the file name can be chosen except for gedit
which freezes.
