Bug#928257: evolution: Unable to change key task information once created

Dear Maintainer,

I entered a task in active task view by using "click to add task".

The created task was not visible, so I added several more not realizing that
these newly created tasks were not falling into the active tasks category. When
I selected all tasks and then paged down past all of the tasks that were
checked off, I found all of the newly created tasks.

I then tried changing start date and/or status to recategorize the newly
created tasks. After changing data and then saving the task, all of the changed
information reverted to the original values and the tasks did not appear when
filtering for active tasks.

Calendar events created using the same mechanism display immediately on the
calendar and can be edited. I'm just baffled by the task display issue and
don't remember this being a problem in the past. I've used tasks feature in the
past few weeks and it behaved as expected. Obviously the current behavior
renders this feature useless.

I'd be happy to help pinpoint the issue.
