I guess that would be https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/13272

I'm not sure yet if that is a regression in systemd, a failure in the
autopkgtest or the way gdm uses aliases.

In any case, please add your feedback to the upstream bug report (I
guess the fact that gdm3.service is a symlink is relevant here)
