Bug#934505: mousetweaks seams not to work (as i expected)

maybe i'm doing it wrong... i simply run it and expect the touch
screen to dwell and open the context menu... and it does not... simply
does nothing noticeable .

i wrote a dweller in sh that i send in attach... maybe useful, gpl.
has an option to output to xmobar

  suggested: x-touch .5 2 3 1

  in shell: x-touch .5 2 3 3
