Bug#935090: gnome-weather crashes if invalid locations are configured in dconf

When an invalid value is stored in:
    /org/gnome/Weather/Application/locations

gnome-weather will crash and never start. You can only fix this problem
by editing the dconf value, otherwise gnome-weather no longer works as
it gets stuck in:
