The up-arrow and down-arrow keys do nothing.

tested on debian 10 Buster Gnome Desktop
create bug:
start gnome-terminal
center gnome-terminal on Desktop
press ALT-F8
up-arrow key will not increase window size
down-arrow key will not increase window size
left-arrow key will increase window size
right-arrow key will increase window size
all arrow keys will decrease window size
mouse will increase and decrease window size
