Novice - Bug report after update debian 10 AMD64

Hello friends,
i really tried to send a bug report with reportbug but i could not use it
...

So here is a bug report and i am sure you will do much better with than i
will ever do ! :)

After update to debian10 AMD64
programe : system-config-printer  1.5.11
Printer : Brother MFC-J5910DW
Impossible to set bordeless printing from inkscape file. (check attached
file)
"A4 Bordeless" well checked on printer adjutment.
Everything work fine exepte borderless function ...

Any question ? any command result ? Just ask and i tramit it to you.
