The src:pygtk package should eventually be removed as it's been
deprecated for a really long time already. Unfortunately is still has a
large number of reverse dependencies (see below).

Someone will need to decide how this one should be handled for the
bullseye release. Anyone arguing to keep it should likely start
explaining how that plan is going to work really soon.
