Bug#946629: tilix: fails to start after upgrade

Justification: renders package unusable

hey, 

after latest upgrade to version 1.9.3-3, tilix won't start.. 
there was a post-install message during upgrade :

...

then after upgrade completes, tilix won't start. error : 
$ tilix
