New enchant-2 source package

Hi,

Thanks for creating a separate enchant-2 source package. If you find it
necessary to upload new versions of gnulib to have it with the new enchant-2,
please go ahead and work on it since gnulib has been orphaned for quite some
time. The only blocker for new snapshot of gnulib that I'm aware of is the
missing of gettext 0.20.x, which is already in the NEW queue and shouldn't be
a severe problem.
