Bug#925581: impossible to scroll in mate-panel

Dear Simon,

I hereby confirm that installing libgtk-3-0 3.24.8-1 from experimental,
along with its dependencies (corresponding versions of libgail-3-0 and
libgtk-3-0-common) fixes the issue.
