Tagging accordingly.

To gtk+2.0 maintainers: the debian installer is getting hung inside the
graphical debconf (and not in the textual debconf) when trying to make
gtk+2.0 display

"لاحقاً"

and we have replaced it with 

"لاحقا"

as a workaround for Buster, but we'll have to fix this bug eventually.
