This appears to still be present in buster/sid, which means that instead
of adding more suite-specific tags, we should remove the suite-specific
tags and let the bug tracking system's version tracking capabilities
work out which suites have the bug (the answer is: all of them).

There is a patch upstream, although it's a couple of years old and might
not be directly applicable to current upstream source code. The bug tracking
system thought this had been fixed upstream, but that was incorrect: the
upstream bug was closed when upstream bug tracking migrated to Gitlab.

If you are interested in fixing this, testing the patch that was sent
upstream and converting it into a merge request would be very useful.
