Hello,

As reported upstream on https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/issues/1625 ,
gtk is lacking support for scroll* accessibility interfaces. This
prevents it from providing smooth support for continuous reading of a
document by a speech synthesis with visual feedback.
