Using keyboard to move a window to a different workspace does not work for
me.
To replicate try

   -

   1) Select the window that you want to move
   -

   2) Press Super+Shift+Page Up or Down to move the window to a workspace
   which is above or below the current workspace.

I am using: Linux version 4.19.0-4-amd64 (debian-kernel at lists.debian.org)
(gcc version 8.3.0 (Debian 8.3.0-2)) #1 SMP Debian 4.19.28-2 (2019-03-15)
