Bug#944411: Reminders not working after suspend fix backport

Hi,

There's an issue in evolution-data-server/buster: reminders for events
stop working properly after suspending the system [1]. It makes them
mostly useless.

The bug was fixed in upstream commit 60fa52112. The fix is not too
large, and I believe it can be backported as-is. A cherry-picked patch
for 3.30.5-1 is attached. I've tested it and it works as expected.
