Bug#722279: devhelp: I'm getting blank pages only

Dear Maintainer,

I'm learning how to buit gtk+ applications using c++. And since I need
to reference only gtkmm I turned on "Group by language" on devhelp
preferences.

Clicking on any section of gtkmm produces oonly blank pages.
