Bug#944585: gimp: Unable to upgrade

Hello Nicolas Patrois,
following page demonstrates better what I tried to say:

There the architecture dependent packages for i386 got built
and "installed" to unstable, but the arch :all packages,
like gimp-data, failed to build because of an issue
with libgegl-dev.
