Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

Result is upper left 1/4 of image is captured.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Select area to capture - results as expected.
Select entire screen to capture - results as expected.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

Result is upper left 1/4 of "Active Window" is captured.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Complete active window should be captured.

Other users have confirmed that this is fixed in more recent versions of gnome-

utils: fix X11 fallback code path for HiDPi

The X11 fallback code path did not correctly account for the
scale factor, and would lead to screenshots of a quarter size only.
