* What led up to the situation?
Capture an image of "Active Window" with Display property scaling set to 200%.
Result is upper left 1/4 of image is captured.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Select area to capture - results as expected.
Select entire screen to capture - results as expected.
* What was the outcome of this action?
Result is upper left 1/4 of "Active Window" is captured.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Complete active window should be captured.
* Additional information
Other users have confirmed that this is fixed in more recent versions of gnome-
screenshot. I am using 3.30 on Buster.

utils: fix X11 fallback code path for HiDPi
The X11 fallback code path did not correctly account for the
scale factor, and would lead to screenshots of a quarter size only.

I do not have a patch. I could not determine how to unselect that option. I did include the git commit ID of the upstream fix.
