Bug#939768: gimp: After the last upgrade, GIMP crashes when creating a new image or opening an existing one.

Hi,

I can confirm that the issue gets fixed by installing libgegl-0.4-0
0.4.14-2 from "unstable" over 0.4.12-2 from "testing".
