Bug#939754: gimp: Still happening

Really sorry but did all my upgrades again and can't get that version of
'libgegl' in any repo, the newest available is '0-4.0'. Tried different
mirros from different countries, and also checked but is not even in SID.

Could be a mirroring issue??
