hi,

sorry for this bug report via mail instead of the reportbug tool, but i 
found no way to upload a video which shows the issue.

i'm having trouble with the wifi settings in gnome. in the settings as 
well as in the control bar they are appearing and disappearing within 
seconds and i can not enter the wifi settings menu. i've attached a 
video of this problem

i'm using debian testing, last updates made today (sep 22th 2019)

and gnome 3.30.2
