Bug#956185: Unable to change password

Package: gnome-control-center
Version: 1:3.36.1-1
Severity: normal
Unable to change password via gnome-control-center. No matter what
gibberish I type in as the new password, password security check
blocks it saying "Try to avoid common words" (see attached image).
This might be an error in a dependency, something related to
dictionary check. But I'm not sure which one. Also, the same behaviour
can be seen in seahorse. Although, there the error is not blocking,
but just a warning.
