Bug#958478: libpango-1.0-0: Invalid word/letter spacing and invalid text line-height with 1.44

Dear Maintainer,

Since I upgraded the following packages on my Debian Testing from 1.42.4 to 1.44.7-3 or 1.44.7-4:
- gir1.2-pango-1.0
- libpangoft2-1.0-0
- libpangoxft-1.0-0
- libpangocairo-1.0-0
- libpango-1.0-0

I getting many font rendering problems.
I selected important severity, but for me it's critical, imagine you paint your house white, and the next day it turns pink.

Important (or not) notice, I using this configuration in /etc/environment
 FREETYPE_PROPERTIES="truetype:interpreter-version=35"

>From 1.42 to 1.44, word/letter spacing and text line-height is not the same.
Moreover, there is a fucking line in the window title bar (Clearlooks theme).

I think that this upgrade is related to gtk-4.
Is there a new configuration?
