This crash happens when gnome-online-accounts is not installed (it's not
meant to be a requirement, but the code that interacts with GOA is not
sufficiently robust).

To reproduce the bug:
- remove the gnome-online-accounts package
- kill any remaining goa-* service processes

Workaround: install gnome-online-accounts.
