Bug#972645: gnome-builder does not start without flatpak package installed

Hello,

I just ran sudo apt purge flatpak, which resulted in flatpak* and
flatpak-builder*
being removed. After this, I can reproduce the problem again (crash at
startup)

It seems related as after uninstalling gdb, I no longer get these messages.
Instead:
$ gnome-builder
Segmentation fault

No, it also crashes with the same error messages
