Bug#942373: Seahorse: GPG key import fails, the key is seen as expired

FWIW:

1. I cannot reproduce the "warns the user that the key is expired"
   part of this bug.

2. I confirm that OpenPGP import fails as tracked on #931558
   and upstream (https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/seahorse/issues/236).
