Bug#947874: libdmapsharing-3.0-2: apt-get source -b libdmapsharing failed with dh_missing errors

The issue is 100% reproducible in Debian stable. There is nothing special
to my build environment. It is plain install from Debian stable ISO. Added
source repositories to /etc/apt/sources.list and building.

user at debian:/tmp$ mkdir test
user at debian:/tmp$ cd test
user at debian:/tmp/test$ apt-get source -b libdmapsharing
&>libdmapsharing.build.log
user at debian:/tmp/test$ echo $?
100
